Or at least our professor. Yes, we have oral arguments for our "open research" motion brief this week. I am not at all prepared, either. We have practice arguments in front of our writing fellow tomorrow, and then the real thing (all 5% of our grade) on Friday, in front of our professor. No opposing counsel, though, and no audience (unlike our ungraded ones last semester - go figure). So when I crash and burn, only the professor will know. Besides me, of course.

Speaking of being unprepared - finals start a week from Friday. Yeah, denial is working out pretty well for me so far.
